Livelihood is a sustainable empowerment program designed to break the cycle of poverty and create long-term self-reliance for disadvantaged and underprivileged individuals.<\/p>

In many communities, charitable contributions such as Zakat and other forms of support are often distributed as short-term relief\u2014such as food, clothing, or financial assistance. While these efforts provide immediate comfort and relief, they rarely lead to lasting economic stability or meaningful transformation in the lives of the recipients.<\/p>

To address this gap, we have initiated the \u201cLivelihood\u201d program, a sustainable development initiative focused on empowering individuals through skill development, livelihood creation, and income-generating opportunities. The primary goal of this program is not only to provide temporary support, but to enable people to rise above poverty with dignity, resilience, and sustainable independence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Step-1: Identifying right candidates<\/span><\/div>

The success of Uttoron<\/strong> begins with selecting the right individuals who truly need support and are capable of transforming opportunity into sustainable livelihood.<\/p>

Announcements are made in deprived and underserved communities to reach potential beneficiaries. Interested individuals submit application forms, which are collected and initially reviewed by trained volunteers. After this, a structured process of interviews, field screening, and background verification is conducted to ensure transparency and fairness in selection.<\/p>

Candidates are evaluated based on four key criteria:<\/p>
