Refund Policy
If a donor wishes to reclaim a provided donation, the following conditions apply:

General Donations: An application must be submitted with proper evidence within 7–10 days of the donation. However, if the funds have already been spent on a specific project within that period, they will no longer be refundable.
Qurbani Donations: Refund requests can be submitted up to a minimum of 7 days before the Qurbani event. Requests submitted later than this will not be accepted.
Application Process: To receive a refund, an application must be submitted stating the specific reason and the transaction ID.

Applicable Law
By using the website, you agree that these terms of use and any disputes arising from them will be settled in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Policy Changes
Jibondhara Foundation reserves the right to change, amend, or refine these terms and policies at any time. These changes will not apply to violations that occurred under the previous terms.
